Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner ab 30 Jahren, die/der Interesse an einer ruhigen Wohnatmosphäre und gemeinsamen Wohnen hat. Die schöne und helle Altbauwohnung ist 100 m mit 3,5 Zimmern, Küche, Bad, Klo und 13m Dachterasse direkt am Rathaus, gegenüber dem Fabrikart. Gemeisam hätten wir ein kleines Wohnzimmer und die Küche. Deine beiden Zimmer sind verbunden, so dass es einen Schlafraum a 10m und einen Wohnarbeitsraum mit circa 14m gibt. Ich habe hier 8 Jahre lang mit meiner besten Freundin gelebt, die jetzt leider wegzieht und wünsche mir eine reifere Mitbewohnerin, die im Leben steht und Lust auf gemeinsames Wohnen hat.
