Zum 1.3. wird in unserer 3er WG ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen nen neuen Mitbewohner (m/w-egal!).
Die Wohnung hat ne super Lage, Bielefeld Altstadt: Niedernstrasse. 1 Minute Fussweg zur S-Bahnstation Jahnplatz oder Rathaus oder Café Europa ;D. 5te Stock in nem Altbau- Dachgeschosswohnung also. Leider einiges an Stufen ;)
Das Zimmer das frei wird hat ca 13qm. ist eher gemütlich aber reicht vollkommen aus. Ansonsten ist alles da, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Waschraum.
Die Warmmiete inkl. ALLER!!! Nebenkosten die so anfallen betägt ca 270 €.
Besichtigungstermine gibts auf Anfrage.
