Hallo Allerseits!
Da Amors Pfeil mal wieder zugeschlagen hat, wird bei uns (Richard, 27, Student Bioinformatik und Tim, 31 Student Wirtschaftsinformatik) zum 01.10.2012 ein Zimmer frei.
Wir wohnen in der Friedrichstrasse 49a, welche im Bielefelder Westen zwischen Siggi und Jöllenbecker Straße liegt. Somit ist die Wohnung günstig gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alle nötigen Dinge des Lebens sind fußläufig zu erreichen und zur Uni sind es nur 4 Haltestellen (ca. 10min).
Das Zimmer ist ~18m² groß, mit Teppich ausgelegt und verfügt über eine leicht überdimensionierte Schrankwand. Den Platz für einen Schrank kann man sich somit sparen. Durch die Süd-West Ausrichtung habt auch abends noch etwas von der Sonne.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ~ 85m² groß und ist vollständig ausgestattet. Von A, wie Abfalleimer, E wie eigene Telefonnummer über V, wie VDSL50 bis Z, wie Zitronenpresse ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben lediglich das W, wie Waschmaschine oder Wäsche trocknen in den Keller verbannt.
