Hallo,
da ich im Juli ausziehe, suchen meine Mitbewohner Meike (21) und Thomas (29) eine/ einen Nachmieter/in.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Stadt (5 Minuten Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof. Zur Uni sind es knapp 15 Minuten mit der Bahn), hat eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon (zur Sonnenseite!!!), ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und ein Gäste-WC.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und liegt zur Innenhofseite. Die Warmmiete beträgt knapp 220 Euro. Dazu käme einmalig ein Abschlag der Küche, sowie des neuen Essenstisch in Höhe von 60 Euro.
Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Also wenn ihr Interesse habt, ruft meine Mitbewohnerin unter der Nr.:015253555714 an und schaut euch die schöne Wohnung an!
