Hey,
wir, Daniela (21), Anatol (23) und Alexandra (22) suchen zum 01.02.2012 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere schöne 4er-WG. Daniela und Alexandra sind auch neue Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, besitzt eine große Fensterfront, hohe Decken, und ist teilmöbliert. Zudem hat das Zimmer momentan noch ein Hochbett das du bei Interesse übernehmen könntest.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral (5min zur Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Stadtbahn) und in näherer Umgebung liegen 3 Supermärkte (Aldi, Jibi Markt & Real).
Da es sich um ein (privates) Studentenwohnheim handelt, ist die Vergabe der Zimmer nur für Studenten möglich. Das Haus hat aber nicht den typischen Wohnheim Charakter, und ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und verbringen gerne nette Abende in unserer großen Wohnküche (ca. 30qm) oder gehen auch mal zusammen feiern.
