Das helle Zimmer hat ca. 30qm (Altbau mit großen Fenstern). Vorhanden sind Fernsehen, W-Lan, Waschmaschine, vollständige Küche. Das Zimmer kostet warm 270,- Euro. Hinzu kommt eine Kaution von 100,- Euro. Zusätzlich kommen noch etwa 20,- Euro im Monat hinzu für unsere Putzfrau (sie kümmert sich um Küche, Bad und Treppenhaus). Das Zimmer ist ab 01.07.2012 oder später frei. Möglicherweise ist nach Absprache auch ein etwas früherer Einzug möglich.
Zentrale Lage in der Bielefelder Innenstadt. Stadtteil Westen. Nähe Franziskushospital und Siegfriedsplatz. Die Uni ist gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist gleich um die Ecke. Unser Haus steht in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr.
Momentan wohnen in unserer WG w42, m32 und m40. Wir sind eine Zweck-WG die weder regelmäßig zusammen kocht noch etwas gemeinsam unternimmt. Wir sind aber alle sehr umgänglich und freundlich :-). Wer allerdings ein erfülltes und gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben sucht wird sich bei uns wohl eher nicht wohl fühlen. Da wir alle recht früh aufstehen, sind wir auch keine Party-WG und freuen uns zu später Stunde über ein ruhiges Wohnumfeld. Wer also auf ein erfülltes WG-Leben verzichten kann und auch ein eher ruhiges Wohnumfeld sucht sollte sich unbedingt melden. Wir freuen uns :-)
