Mitbewohner*in gesucht für WG direkt am Wald aber zentral

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang des Johannisbergs in der Dornberger Str. und vereinigt ruhiges und zentrales Wohnen im Grünen (Wald direkt vor der Tür, ca. 10 Min. Fußweg zum Siegfriedplatz und 15 Min. in die Stadt). Der Wintergarten bietet einen schönen Blick über die ganze Stadt und lädt sehr zum chillen ein. Mit dem Fahrrad kannst du in 10 Minuten bei der Uni sein. Besonders schön sind auch die Wiesen hinter dem Haus und der Garten, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen.

Ein paar Worte zu uns:
Jasmina (keine) singt, tanzt und lacht gerne, macht begeistert Kampfsport und Jasminas Lebensmittelpunkt ist generell Musik. Daniel (er/ihm) wandert gern in der Natur oder fährt im Wald Fahrrad, hört Musik und spielt komplexere Gesellschaftsspiele. Jan (er/ihm) liebt ebenfalls Musik, besonders Konzerte, liest viel und hat 2 kleine Kinder, die auch ab und zu in der WG sind. Anki (sie/ihr) nerdet sich gerne in Sachen ein, spielt und bemalt Brettspiele und ist gerne in der Natur unterwegs.
Wir haben alle keinen Bock auf Rassismus, Sexismus, (Corona-)Verschwörungstheorien und den ganzen anderen Müll.
Das Zusammenleben funktioniert sehr gut, es ist manchmal etwas chaotisch, aber eigentlich immer entspannt und meistens sehr amüsant. Im Sommer grillen wir gerne im Garten oder chillen auf dem Balkon und auch wenn die Sonne ausbleibt ist es im Wintergarten sehr gemütlich.
Wir sind keine Party-WG, tanzen aber gerne mal in der Küche oder gehen ins Forum, AJZ, Potemkin oder NrzP.

We are looking for a roommate starting first of february for an 18 m² room with boarded floor in an old and charming flat (150 m², 2nd floor) including a balcony / bathtub / wintergarden / dishwasher / garden / trampoline.
The house is placed on the hillside of Johannisberg at Dornberger Straße and it combines quiet livinig near the forest and being close to the city center (10 min. walking distance to Siegfriedplatz and 15 min. to the city center, 10 min. to university by bike).
We especially enjoy the meadows behind the house and the shared garden.

A few words about us:
Jasmina (none) likes to sing, laugh and dance, is a martial arts enthusiast and Jasminas life evolves around music in generell. Daniel (he/him) likes hiking and mountainbiking in the woods, listens to music and plays complex tabletop games. Jan (he/him) also loves music, especially concerts and reads a lot. He has two little kids, who are staying in the flat sometimes. Anki (she/her) likes to get into nerdy stuff, playing and painting boardgames and enjoys being out in nature. We all highly disagree with all kinds of racism, sexism, (Corona) conspiracy theories and all that other trash.
Living with each other works very well, sometimes it's a little chaotic but mostly very chill and fun. During summer we like to barbecue in the garden or to chill on the balcony and even when the sun isn't out it is very cozy in our wintergarden.
We are not a party-flat, but we enjoy occasionally dancing in the kitchen or the AJZ, Forum, Potemkin or NrzP.
