da meine Mitbewohnerin bald auszieht suche ich frühestens zum 1.4.12 spätestens zum 1.6.12 eine neue Mitbewohnerin...
Die Wohnung ist ca 60m2 groß und verfügt über eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine), kleines Bad mit Badewanne, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie 2 gleichgroße Zimmer (14m2)
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller, der Platz zum Unterstellen bietet.
Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone, so dass man in Sommer rund um die Uhr in der Sonne sitzen könnte.
So nun etwas zu mir:
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, Berufstätig und Studentin.
Ich bin unter der Woche sowie am Wochenende viel am arbeiten, habe jedoch auch immer etwas Zeit für ein Gespräch oder einen Kaffee o.ä. ;)
Sicherlich findet sich auch mal die Zeit für gemeinsame Unternehmungen, das ist jedoch kein muss!
