Das wichtigste zur Wohnung: Sie liegt großartig! Man geht 2 minuten zu Fuß zum Jahnplatz wie zum Bahnhof. Wir konnten es selbst kaum glauben!
Das Zimmer ist jedoch nicht wirklich groß (sind uns nicht sicher ob es wirklich 13 m2 sind, weil wir erst zum 15.3. einziehen), keine Abstellkammer, aber es ist nunmal das kleinste Schlafzimmer der Wohnung. Dafür wurde die Wohnung komplett neu saniert (als wir sie Anfang letzten Monats besichtigt haben, standen wir noch in mitten der Baustelle).
Zu uns: 2 Studenten, die keine Lust auf ne Zweck-WG haben.
Wichtig: Wir nehmen dich nur wenn du die Überschrift auch so cool findest !
Fragen beantworten wir gerne via email, das Zimmer kostet ca. 260 euro
vlt noch wichtig für dich: In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Musik, ich hoffe also das stört dich nicht! (also dass heißt, ich spiele Gitarre und ein bisschen klavier, also eher keyboard :D und weil ich eigentlich am liebsten elektronische musik höre, versuch ich mich auch immer wieder gerne daran)
