Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Ich suche dringend eine Nachmieterin für mein 14 qm großes WG Zimmer. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, das heißt, deine Zimmereinrichtung darfst du dir selbst aussuchen:)Folgendes ist bereits vorhanden: die grosse Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Esstisch.
Das Bad mit Dusche hat eine riesige Spiegelfront und ist durch das Fenster sehr hell.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 73 qm groß und die Fläche die du nutzen kannst ist ca 42 qm
Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage,direkt am Hauptbahnhof (ca.5 min. zu Fuß).
3 verschiedene Straßenbahnhaltestellen,sowie Busanbindung sind ca.5 min. entfernt.
Die Uni Bielefeld erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad oder mit der S-bahn in ca. 9 min.
In 1min. ist man an der Auffahrt zum OWD.
Gina (Studentin,22 Jahre) bewohnt die WG bereits. Sie studiert an der Uni Bielefeld und hilft dir gerne dich einzuleben und die Stadt kennenlernen,falls du von außerhalb kommst.
Wir haben beide jeweils sehr viel wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt und deshalb war das wöchentlich abwechselnde Putzen ein Muss. Aber ich bin mir sicher, dass es so gut wie bei Gina und mir, bei euch beiden auch funktionieren wird. :)
Es gibt einen Waschmaschinen-Stellplatz, jedoch ist auch ein Waschsalon in der Nähe.
Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte,Friseure, Bäcker und Co., sodass du alles zu Fuß erledigen kannst.
