Ich habe ein schönes, sonniges WG-Zimmer ab dem 15.03.18 frei.
In der Wohnung ist soweit alles vorhanden, bis auf Deine Möbel und persönlichen Dinge.
In der Wohnung gibt es drei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein extra-WC. In der Küche gibt es sogar eine tolle Spülmaschine :-)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral: die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Bielefeld, direkt am Oberntorwall. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür (Klosterplatz), 5 min zum Jahnplatz und 10 min zum Bahnhof. Zentraler kann man eigentlich kaum wohnen.
In der Nähe gibt es Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Netto....einfach alles, plus Krispy Kebab :-)
Zu mir: ich bin 27 Jahre alt und arbeite im städtischen Krankenhaus. Zu mir gehören zwei Katzen, die sehr lieb sind und nicht unbedingt in dein Zimmer wollen, außer du lässt es zu :).
Das WG-Leben war bis jetzt ganz entspannt, es sollte keine Zweck-WG sein, jeder sollte allerdings sein Freiraum haben.

Die Miete beträgt 330€
Gas und Strom für die Stadtwerke sind 50 €
