Die Dachgeschosswohnung liegt im 4 Stock in einem schönen Altbau in Bielefeld Mitte. Das Zimmer hat etwa 18-20qm und verfügt über ein 1,40m Bett einen Kleiderschrank.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In 2 Minuten bist du sowohl in der Einkaufszone der Bielefelder Innenstadt, als auch an der Bahnhaltestelle Rathaus.
Ein Kiosk und ein Bäcker sind direkt von der Tür. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig ca. 8 Minuten entfernt.
Ich lebe derzeit alleine in der Wohnung, mit meinem Hund (meistens am Wochenende da). Ich arbeite Vollzeit in Münster und bin 2/3 Tage die Woche daher nur zum schlafen zu Hause.
Die Wohnung ist ca 80 qm groß. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, die Küche und das Bad stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Außerdem steht auf der selben Etage die Waschmaschine die gerne mitbenutzt werden darf.
