bist du vielleicht neu oder für kurze Zeit in Bielefeld und suchst übergangsweise ein günstiges Zimmer in Bielefeld? Dann haben wir das perfekte Angebot für dich:
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich lösen demnächst unsere WG auf. Ich ziehe aus meinem Zimmer unserer Zweier-WG aus und suche einen Zwischenmieter ab ca 15.09. bis Ende Oktober. Meine Mitbewohnerin wird die Wohnung ab November allein bewohnen, daher wäre jemand zum Wohnen auf Zeit perfekt :)
Das Zimmer misst etwa 21qm und ist durch ein großes Fenster hell und freundlich. Es liegt zum Hinterhof und ist daher besonders ruhig.
In der WG gibt es auch noch eine gemütliche Gemeinschaftswohnküche, die zum Kochen und verweilen einlädt sowie ein kleines Bad. Für weiteren Kram steht ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.

are you new in Bielefeld or looking for a short term room in one of the most popular neighbourhoods of the city? We have the perfect offer for you!
My flatmate and I are going to dissolve our living community. She is going to stay alone permanently in the flat and I am moving out after having started my professional life. My room is for rent between 15 September and 31 October. It's 21 sqm large and has a big window to the back of the house. The apartment has a very nice and spatious kitchen, bathroom and two smaller rooms for my flatmate. Wahing machine and storing room is in the basement.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Dorotheenstraße im beliebten Bielefelder Westen und damit sehr zentral. Alle Bahnlinien (4 am Siggi und 1,2,3 am Jahnplatz) sowie der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke findet man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Netto) sowie diverse Bars und Restaurants. Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße.
Meine Mitbewohnerin, Maartje, ist 32 und ist eine sehr ruhige und liebe Person. Das Zusammenleben war bisher immer sehr entspannt und harmonisch unter dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Einen Putzplan gab es bisher nicht, da es auch so immer gut geklappt hat. Da könnt ihr aber bei Bedarf gerne neue Absprachen treffen ;)
Ich verlasse die WG, weil ich mich nun nach erfolgreichem Jobeinstieg ein wenig vergrößern möchte. Ich nehme einige Möbel mit, könnte aber nach Absprache ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch und einen Teppich stehen lassen.
