Das Zimmer würde ich als sympatisch bezeichnen, es hat hohe Decken und einen Holzdielen Boden.
Die Wohnung hat eine 22m2 Wohnküche, einen relativ geräumigen Flur und ein drittes Gemeinschaftszimmer, das natürlich mitbenutzt werden kann. : )
Die Lage ist wohl mit die beste der Stadt, super ruhig und quasi direkt am Siegfriedplatz. : )
Kurz über mich:
Ich bin 34 und würde mich als aufgeschlossen, empathisch und immer für spontane Aktivitäten zu haben beschreiben : )
Ich bin meistens als Lehrer für Geschichte und Musik tätig und mache sonst viel Musik/Bandprojekte (keine Sorge, nicht
in der Wohnung).
Zu erwähnen ist, dass ich öfters mal für ein paar
Tage/Wochen unterwegs bin, meistens in Berlin oder in Spanien/Portugal.
Ich freue mich immer über etwas Plauderei beim Kaffee oder auch mal 1-2 Gin Tonics : )

Wichtig ist: Es ist noch etwas unklar, wie lange das Zimmer bezogen werden kann, mindestens bis zum 01.02.23 aber eventuell auch länger/unbefristet, das kommt etwas darauf an, ob ich nächstes Jahr ins Ausland ziehe werde.
