Hallo,
da ich vom 1.2.08 bis 30.4.08 im Ausland ein Praktikum absolviere, suche ich einen Zwischenmiter (!) für diese Zeit für mein WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, sehr hell, mit Blick auf die Sparrenburg. Es ist zentral gelegen in der Altstadt von Bielefeld; 3 min zur Stadtbahnhaltestelle, 10-15 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Die WG hat eine Waschmaschine (im Wasch- und Trockenkeller) und einen Geschirrspüler. Internet-Flat (WLAN und Kabel) ist vorhanden und inklusive. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Computer ebenfalls vorhanden, wenn gewünscht, sowie Kabel-TV; Küche- (inkl. Geschirr usw.) und Bad-Mitbenutzung.
In der WG wohnt einer 23-jähriger Mathematik/Informatik-Student. Wir sind beide sehr umgänglich, nett, stressfrei, sauber, ordentlich, und sozial, aber respektieren auch gegenseitig unsere Privatsspähre.
Die 240 Euro sind warm inkl. allem! 150 Euro Kaution.
