Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner. Er oder sie sollte WG-erfahren und unkompliziert sein.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Wickenkamp Nr. 11, zweiter Stock. Sie liegt damit unweit der Uni/FH, hat Bahn und Busanschluss und der Bahnhof sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Zum Bäcker sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Die Wohnung hat alles was gebraucht wird, inklusive Waschkeller, Waschmaschine, Kellerstellplatz, große Wohnküche und ein kleines Bad (mit Badewanne).
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat 20qm und ein großes Fenster.
Da momentan alles an Gebrauchsgegenständen für die Wohnung (nicht dein Zimmer) vorhanden sind, müsstest du nichts mitbringen.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn es keine reine Zweck-WG werden würde, sondern wir mal zusammen kochen, Dvd gucken oder auch mal weg gehen würden.
