Das inserierte Zimmer hat 33m^2 mit einem Schönen ausblick auf die Sparrenburg, die Detmolderstraße und Dachflächenfenster. Es ist sehr geräumig und gegebenenfalls steht noch zudem ein Arbeitszimmer für Drucker und Computer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Einbauküche, der Flur ist zudem auch das Esszimmer und bietet viel Platz zur freien Entfaltung.
Fast direkt neben dem Haus verläuft die Linie 2 Richtung Sieker/Altenhagen und auch eine Bushaltestelle findet sich dort. Fußläufig in fünf Minuten erreichbar ist ein Supermarkt und auch allerlei sonstige Convenienzen sind von hier aus bequem und flott erreichbar.
Ich bin ein 29-jähriger Ex-Student und suche Arbeit, die meiste Zeit verbringe ich wohl zuhause und ich habe nicht sonderlich etwas dazu zu sagen, außer dass ich extrem gerne koche. Ich koche jeden Tag und die meiste Zeit gibt es Fleisch, vielleicht kann man ja zusammenlegen. Ich trinke gerne Wein und bin Kunstaffin. Keine Videospiele, kein Gedöns. Alles echt.
