Hey, zum 1.10. 2010 suchen wir Seta(23) und Daniel(24) einen neuen Mitbewohner/In für ein Zimmer in unserer netten 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim an der August-Bebel/Markgrafenstr. Wir haben eine große, helle, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt in der Stadt, Nähe Jahnplatz und Hauptbahnhof (ca. 5 min entfernt) und es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Jibi und Real).
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 200 Euro (inklusive Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Telefon und Internetflat). Die Kaution beträgt 250 Euro. Da es ein Studentenwohnheim ist, musst du eingeschriebeneR StudentIN sein.
