Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 16 qm groß, hat 2 große Fenster und ist unmöbliert.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wohnbereich, ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie einer Waschmaschine und eine Abstellkammer.
Der Höhepunkt ist der Balkon, der sich im Sommer auch super zum grillen eignet :) .
Die WG liegt sehr zentral! In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt oder am Siggi (nächste Stadtbahnhaltestelle), in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 15 Minuten an der Uni.
Fahrradkeller sind gegeben, nur einen Parkplatz zu finden gestaltet sich wegen der zentralen Lage häufig schwierig (aber immerhin gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Anwohner-Parkausweis für wenig Geld zu erwerben).
Wir sind zwei nette, unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerinnen! Da wir keine Zweck-WG haben, erhoffen wir uns auch von einem/einer neuen Mitbewohner/in Interesse am WG-Leben.
Da es sich um ein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim handelt, ist ein Wohnberechtigungsschein erforderlich. Ihr müsst also Studenten der Uni oder FH sein.
