Ich habe leider nicht rausfinden können , wie gross das Zimmer tatsächlich ist. Aber ich hab mal 25 qm geschätzt. Am besten machst du dir selbst ein Bild. Im Zimmer steht ein sehr gut erhaltenes und hochwertigeres Schlafsofa (fast neu , mit Lattenrost) das kannst du gerne kostenlos nutzen. Wenn du das Sofa nicht magst, nehme ich es raus.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Real,Netto) und eine Bushaltestelle (Ravensbergerpark) sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Innenstadt erreicht man zu fuß in ca. 15 min.mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller.
Gesucht wird ein offener , lustiger und gutgelaunte Mensch , der auch mal Lust hat gemeinsam bei einem Bier/Wein zusammen zu sitzen.
Hauspartys werden vermieden....außer wir haben einen guten Grund zum feiern.
Wir wollen alle ein schönes und ordentliches zuhause haben und deswegeb sollen wir nicht über Ordnung sprechen. Ordnung muss sein !
