Hallo,
da ich Bielefeld Ende August verlassen werde, suchen wir eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist hell und großzügig geschnitten. Bett und Kommode können für wenig Geld übernommen werden, muss aber natürlich nicht.
Die Kaution beträgt 500€ und die Küche müsste für 300€ abgekauft werden.
Die Lage ist trotz Nähe zur Innenstadt (5 min zur Altstadt) ruhig gelegen und in nur 3 Minuten erreicht man die S-Bahn Station Landgericht.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Mariya ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert hier in Bielefeld. Im Allgemeinen ist das WG Leben sehr entspannt und locker. Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende, gehen essen oder etwas trinken. Jedoch ganz nach dem Motto alles kann nichts muss.
