Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, hat einen schönen Holz-PVC-Boden
und ist wie folgt aufgeteilt:
Küche, Balkon, 2x Abstellkammer, 2x Wohnraum und Bad (WC/Dusche).
Ein Waschmaschinenanschluß ist im Bad vorhanden.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie die Internet "Flatrate" über das Studentenwerk enthalten.
Das Haus ist sehr neuwertig (Erstbezug im Oktober 2006) und bietet freie sowie mietbare Parkplätze vor der Tür.
Die Uni ist in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ergo sind auch Uni-Mensa, Cafete, Westend, Uni-Partys, Uni-Sport/ Schwimmbad etc. nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Ebenfalls S-Bahn/ Bus Anbindungen stehen an der Uni zur Verfügung.
Darüber hinaus ist ein Sportstudio in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Dein Mitbewohner ist 21 und ein netter Sport-Mathe Studi.
