Its a nice, cosy and partly furnished room, but furniture is optional, if you don't need the furniture you can give them back to the Hausmeister.
But If you don't have any furniture, searching for a peaceful flat-share, want a room near uni then this room is even more suitable for YOU.
You can have many things with out any problems from Hausmeister easily and for free. (for example bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, closet, bookshelf, you also can use the shared dishes in the kitchen, etc). There is also a wash basin in the room.

The location is great for the nui and FH students, because the WG is in Lohmanshof which is 10 minutes away from the university by foot and 2 min by train. The FH is also around 7 minutes walk from here.
The penny supermarket is just in 1 min from here and the other things are also not that far. it takes just 10 min by train to the city center.from here.
I'm moving out. my current flatmates would like to find a person for my room. The WG is quiet with diverse and international atmosphere and all the flatmates (Anika, Plamen, Muhammad, Shayan and Yuxin) are very nice and kind. The people are clean here and we have a plane that each person is responsible for cleaning each week.
The WG has a big living room which is separated from kitchen . It also has two corridors and there are three rooms in each corridors . You can have your privacy and quiet times.
The rent is 202€ and it includes the whole rent, water, electricity, heating, and internet.
There is a washing machine in the basement and just for 1,50 Euros and also a and dryer for 1,00 Euro. you can wash your cloths, there is also a place for bicycles and enough parking place for cars near by.
You should be student in NRW (maybe also possible from other Bundesländer , I should ask then)
