ich suche jemanden der bei mir mit einzieht.
Zu mir:
Ich bin 23 Jahre und Single. Ich bin berufstätig und nur Abends und am Wochenende zuhause.
Du solltest:
- Keine Tiere haben, da der Vermieter dies nicht erlaubt
- Optimal jedes Wochenende nach Hause fahren, sprich du solltest nur unter der Woche das Zimmer benötigen
- Weiblich sein
- Optimal nichtraucher oder zumindest nicht in der Wohnung rauchen
Was biete ich:
- Das Zimmer ist ca 15qm und verfügt über 2 Fenster. Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert ( Regal, Bett, Lampe)
- Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne und die Küche kannst du auch mitbenutzen.
- In der ganzen Wohnung liegt Laminat
- Waschmaschienenmitbenutzung nach absprache möglich
- Der Raum ist komplett weiß gestrichen und frisch renoviert.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
