Das mit Tageslicht durchflutete Zimmer, mit süd-ost lage, ist im 2. Stock eines 3-Familien Hauses. Die Wohnung ist 2 Jahre alt und auf neuesten Stand. In der Wohnung sind 3 Zimmer, dazu 2 Bäder und ein großer Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche als Gemeinschaftsbereich vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Fußbodenheizung und ausreichend Steckdosen versehen. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind schon eingerichtet.
Das Haus steht in Schloß Holte am ende einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Direkt neben dem Holter Wald. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten (25 Minuten Fahrzeit sowohl nach bi als auch nach pb) zu erreichen. Autobahn (A33) ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Hallenbad und Sportplätze alle gut zu Fuß oder mit Rad erreichbar.
Ich habe bislang mit 2 Freunden hier gewohnt, die aber beide nun zi ihrer Freundin gezogen sind. Also bin ich derzeit hier alleine. Ich bin ein sehr unkomplizierter Mensch ,für alles offen und gut anpassungsfähig. Also stellt euch einfach vor und man wird sehen ob es passt ;)
