Großes, helles und schönes Zimmer!

Die WG liegt in der Prießallee, ziemlich genau mittig der zwei Straßenbahnstationen Oststraße (Linie 4, fährt direkt zur Uni durch, 15 Minuten) und Prießallee (Linie 2).

2 Bäcker, 1 Kiosk und mehrere Imbisse liegen in nächster Umgebung. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Netto, Kaufland und Combi. Alle sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, haben aber auch alle direkt angebundene Straßenbahnhaltestellen in nächster Nähe.

Die Innenstadt erreichst du per Straßenbahn ihn weniger als 10 Minuten.

The apartment is located on Prießallee (street name), between the two tram stations Oststraße (Line 4, connects directly to university within 15 minutes) and Prießallee (Line 2).

There are 2 bakeries, 1 Kiosk and several takeaway restaurants close by. The next supermarkets are Netto, Kaufland and Combi. You can reach all of them by foot within 10-15 minutes, they also all have tram stations nearby.

The center of town can be reached within less than 10 minutes by tram too.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Studenten an der Uni. Fernando ist 35 and Niels 30. Beide sprechen Deutsch und Englisch (miteinander sprechen sie meist Englisch). Fernandos Muttersprache ist zudem Spanisch. Beide halten gerne ein Schwätzchen am Küchentisch über alles mögliche.

Da die Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus liegt, ist die generelle Stimmung eher ruhig. Unsere WG ist die einzige im Haus. Ab und zu mal ein paar Leute einzuladen, ist, nach vorheriger Absprache mit den Mitbewohnern und eventuell Nachbarn, kein Problem. Solltest du aber regelmäßig viele Menschen einladen oder gar eine große Party veranstalten wollen, ist dies wohl nicht das richtige Haus für dich.

Der Putzdienst für die gemeinsam genutzten Räume rotiert wöchentlich, so dass jeder jede 3. Woche dran ist.

Your new flatmates are both students at the local university. Fernando is 35 and Niels 30. Both are fluent in english (and german). Fernandos native language is spanish, Niels is from Germany. They both like to have talks on the kitchen table.

Since the apartment is located in an apartment building the general mood is calm. Our flat-sharing community is the only one in the building, the rest of the apartments are occupied by families. A small gathering every now and than is not a problem as long as you communicate with the neighbours (and your flatmates) beforehand, but this is certainly not the right building for you if you wish to have a lot of people over all the time or want to have big parties.

The cleaning schedule for the shared rooms rotates, which means you would have to clean them every three weeks.

Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Pauschalmiete. Das heißt du zahlst 322 Euro. Monatlich kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu, alle Nebenkosten inkl. Internet sind enthalten.
