Weil ich für 5 Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich mein großes, wunderbares Zimmer unter.
Das Zimmer ist vom Flur aus erreichbar und ich übergebe es dir möbliert. Du solltest alles finden, was du brauchst: Bett mit Matratze, (Schlaf-)Sofa, Regale, Schrank, Garderobe, Schreibtisch. Ein großes Plus ist vermutlich Leinwand + Beamer, die du natürlich gerne benutzen darfst.

Ich stelle dir gerne alles zur Verfügung, was du zum Wohnen brauchst. Mir ist nur wichtig, dass alles wieder so ist, wie ich es hinterlassen habe, wenn ich wiederkomme.

Unsere große Wohnung ist ein echter Altbau-Traum. Wir haben eine große Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, ein Bad (mit Badewanne) getrennt vom Klo, einen super schönen Balkon und Zugang zum großen Gemeinschaftsgarten, in dem es sich herrlich entspannen lässt.

The room is accessible from the hallway and I will give it to you furnished. You should find everything you need: bed with mattress, (sofa) bed, shelves, wardrobe, wardrobe, desk. A big plus is probably a screen + projector, which you are of course welcome to use.

Our large flat is a real dream in an old building. We have a large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom (with bathtub) separate from the toilet, a super nice balcony and access to the large communal garden, which is a great place to relax.

Wir wohnen an der Detmolder Straße und sind dementsprechend gut angebunden mit Bus, Bahn und Autos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und gegenüber ist direkt eine Tankstelle.

We live on Detmolder Straße and are therefore well connected by bus, train and car. Shopping facilities are a 10-minute walk away and there is a petrol station directly opposite.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer WG mit drei weiteren Personen. Eine andere Person wird auch einige Zeit reisen, deshalb kann es sein, dass in einem Zimmer noch eine andere Zwischenmiete-Person wohnt.

Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene WG aus vier Menschen und alle Ende 20 / Anfang 30 Jahre alt. Wir gehen den unterschiedlichsten Tätigkeiten beruflich und ehrenamtlich nach, wobei keine Person von uns studiert. Wir legen Wert auf einen freundlichen und offenen Umgang miteinander und berücksichtigen zugleich, wenn eine Person ihre Ruhe möchte. Mit Ausnahmen teilen wir unsere Lebensmittel miteinander und leben vegan/vegetarisch. Wir sitzen gerne beisammen in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon oder essen gemeinsam, haben aber keine regelmäßigen Termine miteinander. Wir haben einen Putzplan und legen Wert auf eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit, aber bei vier Menschen verteilt sich die Care-Arbeit sehr entspannt. Gemeinsam haben wir, dass wir alle queer sind. Wir wünschen uns deshalb eine queere oder zumindest queersensible Person in der WG. Herzlich willkommen sind auch internationale Gäst*innen.

The room is in a shared flat with three other people. Another person will also be travelling for some time, so there may be another person living in one of the rooms.

We are an open-minded flat share of four people, all in our late 20s/early 30s. We do a wide variety of jobs and voluntary work, but none of us are students. We value friendly and open interaction with each other and at the same time take into account when one person wants some peace and quiet. With some exceptions, we share our food with each other and are vegan/vegetarian. We like to sit together in the kitchen or on the balcony or eat together, but we don't have regular appointments with each other. We have a cleaning schedule and value a certain level of basic cleanliness, but with four people, the care work is very relaxed. What we have in common is that we are all queer. We would therefore like to have a queer or at least queer-sensitive person in the flat share. International guests are also very welcome.
