Ich suche zum 01.06.08 einen Nachmieter für mein 16qm großes WG- Zimmer. Wir sind eine große Haus-WG. Das Haus hat zwei Etagen, einen großen Garten und ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer. Im Mietpreis von 266 € sind alle Kosten enthalten (DSL, Telefon etc.).
Frei wird das Zimmer vermutlich zum 01.06. evt. früher. Wir freuen uns auf Deinen Anruf! Einfach mal reinschauen!
Hatte mich mit Miete und Kaution versehen, es sind nur 250 € warm, dafür war die Kaution 40 € höher. :-)
