Hallo,
unsere 3er WG sucht eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner für unser größtes Zimmer. Die WG liegt sehr zentral (U-Bahn ca. 5 Minuten, Innenstadt 10 Minuten) im 4.Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie wurde vor kurzem renoviert (inklusive neuem Holzfußboden), ist daher in gutem Zustand. Das etwas längliche, 37m² große Zimmer ist dank der 3 großen Fenster sehr hell. Außerdem gibt es als Gemeinschaftsräume ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzecke und kleinem Balkon sowie einen großen Flur. Ein abschließbarer Kellerraum für Fahrräder etc. ist auch vorhanden.
Wir sind 22 & 23 Jahre alt und studieren in Bielefeld an der FH. Falls ihr Interesse haben solltet, würden wir uns freuen, wenn ich ihr bei Lukas unter ----/------- meldet.
