Das Zimmer ist für seine 16m2 recht geräumig und wurde erst vor kurzem neu gestrichen.
Übernahme von Kleiderschrank/Bett/Sofa gegen kleines Geld möglich aber nicht zwingend notwendig.
Internet gibt es wie in den meisten Wohnheimen des Studentenwerks nur über Kabel.Ein Telefonanschluss ist vorhanden.
Sehr zentrale Lage, man ist innerhalb von 6 Gehminuten am Hauptbahnhof, am Jahnplatz oder am Sigi. Zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn vom Sigi aus auch nur 5 Minuten.
Da das Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim ist, müsst ihr Student sein und einen Wohnberechtigungsschein beantragen, was aber kein Problem sein sollte wenn ihr Student seid.
Kontaktaufnahme am besten erst einmal per email über mich, ich leite das dann weiter an meine Mitbewohnerin die in der WG wohnen bleibt.
