Hallo Daniel und ich (Marie) suchen zum 1. September einen neuen Nachmieter oder eine neue Nachmieterin!
Ich wohne schon seit 1,5 Jahren hier in der WG und Daniel ist gerade erst aus Hamburg hier zugezogen um an der Uni zu studieren. Ich beende gerade mein Studium auf Lehramt.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, es sind fünf Minuten bis zum Bahnhof und ca. 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibst noch einen Park und ein Schwimmbad.
Das helle Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und kostet 250 Euro (inkl. Strom, Internet, Telefon etc.)
Die große Wohnküche ist das Herz der WG. :-)
Sonst gibt's noch ne Waschmaschine, ne Spülmaschine und sonst ist auch alles was man zum Kochen, Putzen ;-) und Leben braucht vorhanden.
