The size of the room is about 16m2. The room has a big southbound double window that lets in quite a lot of light and sun. The floor is covered with laminate. The neighbourhood and the house are generally very quiet.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und befindet sich in in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg), bis zum Jahnplatz (Stadtzentrum) dauert es etwa doppelt so lang (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg). Zum Nordpartk sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad, zur Uni mit der Straßenbahn ca. 10. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute entfernt.
Eine Apotheke, diverse Bäcker, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte oder ein Kiosk ... alles was das Herz oder der Magen begehrt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located centrally near the main train station (approx. 5 min by walking). To the Jahnplatz its about 10 min by walking, Nordpark about 5 min by bicycle, to the Uni its about 10 min by tram and the next bus stop is about 1 minute from the flat.
All required (and lots of non-required) shops for products of your daily needs are within walking distance.
Das WG-Leben zeichnet sich in erster Linie durch Herzlichkeit, Sarkasmus und Ungezwungenheit aus. Man mag sich, sitzt gern mal beisammen und isst, quatscht und trinkt zusammen in der gemütlichen Wohnküche oder auf dem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Aber alles kein Muss. Wir haben beide recht viele eigene Interessen und ziehen uns auch mal in unsere Zimmer zurück, in der Regel ist bei uns eher weniger Action. Es funktioniert bei uns ohne Putzplan und Co und wir teilen manche Lebensmittel. Ach und: wir haben eine Spülmaschine. ;-)

Sarcasm, debates about important and totally unimportant things, kindness and a relaxed atmosphere could expect you here. Sometimes we are sitting together in our comfortable kitchen or on the balcony with a top view to jabber, drink and eat or just like silently into the wilderness of Bielefeld. While all social activities are welcome, we are more the unhurried type, usually there is not such a big action. We have no cleaning schedule and share some of the groceries. Oh and: we have a dishwasher! ;-)
