Gemütliche 4er Wg sucht eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat Pakettfussboden und hohe Wände.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr große Küche, mit gemütlichem Sofa und großen Fenstern. Das Bad ist ebenfalls schön groß und hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Vom Bad aus geht es auf einen kleinen Balkon der zu einem gemütlichen Innenhof führt.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man ist in guten fünf Minuten am Bahnhof und in 3 Minuten am Kesselbrink.
Die Telefon- und Internetkosten sind noch nicht im Mietpreis enthalten, das sind ca. 15 Euro im Monat.
