Das Zimmer hat eine hohe Decke und bietet viel Stauraum, auf den Fotos wirkt es ein bisschen voll, weil ich so unglaublich viel Kram habe =) Es hat große Fenster, wodurch es sehr gut ausgeleuchtet und leicht zu lüften ist,
Es hat Dielen, wie jedes Zimmer bis auf die Bäder.
Ich konnte immer relativ laut sein, ohne dass die anderen oder die Mieter unter der WG sich davon gestört fühlten, also relativ guter Schallschutz

3 von 4 Zimmer werden frei, da bleibt ein sympathischer Kerl, der sich gerne unterhält und sich auf jeden gut einlassen kann.
Wir haben zuletzt ein halbes Jahr zu dritt in der WG gewohnt(1 Bewohner hatte 2 Zimmer), daher sind die Nebenkosten hier vergleichsweise hoch gelistet, aber bei 4 WG-Bewohnern sind diese nochmal 40Euro weniger gewesen.
offiziell vom Vermieter keine Tiere erlaubt, aber wir hatten zwischendurch auch mit seiner Kenntnis einen kleinen Hund =)
