Du wirst im Zimmer wohnen von Leyla (27), die zurzeit ein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt macht. Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß, voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch und Sessel, und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront und verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und auch ansonsten musst du nichts mitbringen und darfst natürlich alles mitbenutzen, was bereits vorhanden ist.

You will live in the room of Leyla (26). She is currently doing an internship in another city. The room measures 20m². It is fully and comfortably furnished. It has pretty big windows including its own door to the balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Mehrfamilienhaus, dass in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet liegt. Hier ist es auch nachts nicht gruselig. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt knapp 5 Fußwegminuten entfernt. Dort fahren mehrere Buslinien, die die Innenstadt in unter 10 Minuten erreichen. Zur Uni/FH braucht man etwa 25 Minuten. Aldi, Lidl und Combi sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar Minuten weiter findet man auch noch Penny und Edeka.

The apartment is in a pleasant apartment building which is in a quiet and nice residential area. It is about 5 minutes per foot to the bus stop. Multiple bus lines can take you to the inner city in less than 10 minutes. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the university. Three different grocery stores are within a few minutes of walking plus another two a bit further away.

You will share the apartment with me, Christine (23). I am an undergraduate student majoring in sociology.
Wir haben Corona hier immer sehr ernst genommen, deswegen wäre es mir wichtig, dass du das auch so siehst. Es kann natürlich auch mal Besuch vorbeikommen. Bitte habe Verständnis, dass Besichtigungen deswegen auch nur mit Maske und Abstand stattfinden können.
Auch Rassismus und Sexismus haben hier keinen Platz.
