unsere Linda zieht aus und Du kannst einziehen.
Haus schön gelegen in Bi Mitte.Marktkauf und Plus Markt gleich um die Ecke.Bushaltestelle "Carl-Severing-Schulen" schräg gegenüber, wo tagsüber 3 Linien im 10 Min Takt vorbeifahren.
Die Wohnung ist ganz oben und hat leichte Schrägen. Ca 88m² gesamt Fläche. Dein Zimmer hat ca 19 m² und 2 Fenster.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und allen erdenklichen Utensilien.
Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die natürlich auch mitbenutzt werden kann.
Für Studenten der Fachhochschule an der Wilhelm-Bertelsmann Str bzw. am Stadtholz gut geeignet.
Nicht Raucher erwünscht.
