Du hast zu deinem ca. 22qm großen Zimmer ein eigenes Bad "suite bathroom". Wir teilen uns eine riesige Wohnküche und ein Durchgangs-Wohnzimmer. Die Räume sind mit Lehm verputzt und mit Holzböden ausgestattet, was für ein einmaliges Raumklima sorgt. Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Das Haus liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet zwischen Gütersloh und Bielefeld. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man jeweils ca. 30min. in die Stadt. Mit dem Auto ca. 20min. Bus Haltestelle (Linie 87) direkt um die Ecke. Die Nachtbus-Haltestelle ist zu Fuß auch nur 15min entfernt. Mit dem Rad sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Ummeln/Isselhorst oder auch Steinhagen) erreichbar. Für sportliche Aktivitäten in der Natur ist der Platz hier ideal.
Der riesige Garten mit Wiese bietet viel Platz für Grillabende mit Lagerfeuer und viel Raum für kreative Ideen. Das ganze Grundstück sowie die Wohnung haben viel Potential das es zu nutzen gilt, wie auch immer. Die Bilder können das nur teilweise veranschaulichen.
