Dein 16m² großes Zimmer ist Teil einer 85m² großen Wohnung mit Balkon, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Gäste-WC und Keller. Die Parksituation ist prima und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehesmittel exellent. Die Uninähe tut dann ihr übriges und trotz der guten Infrastruktur und Stadtnähe ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Flur, Keller und Wege werden von einer Firma gereinigt und Internet gibts noch oben drauf. Wenn das kein Luxus ist. Von dem netten Mitbewohner ganz zu schweigen. :)
Wohnung ist sofort bezugsfähig!
