Die helle und freundliche Wohnung besteht, neben den zwei Bewohner-Zimmern, aus Küche, Bad, Flur und zwei Abstellräumen.
Ein Backofen sowie ein Kühl- und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden.
Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, hat jedes Bewohner-Zimmer sowie die Küche eine Terrasse, die durch einen kleinen Garten miteinander verbunden sind.
Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Campus der Uni, daher bist zu in 5 Min in der Uni oder auch ganz schnell in der FH. Die Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen sind auch unmittelbar in der Nähe und Parkplätze sind am Haus reichlich vorhanden.
Deine eventuell neue Mitbewohnerin heißt Lia, ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert Health Communication. Da ich kaum noch in der Wohnung bin und Lia erst seit Oktober in der Wohnung wohnt, gibt es leider kein richtiges WG-Zusammenleben. Das kann aber gerne geändert werden.

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 284,90 Euro, inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet/TV.
Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro.
Außerdem musst du in der Uni oder FH eingeschrieben sein, um im Wohnheim wohnen zu dürfen.
