You get your own room, and there are a desk, a bed, a sofa, a closet, and a television. The building has recently been renovated, so it's warm and comfortable inside.
The dining kitchen has a decent view, and you get your own fridge. A toaster, coffee machine, microwave... no difficulty to adapt.
The dining kitchen and bathroom is shared by a female flatmate, but she will be away during most of March, so you will actually use the place very freely.
The flat is next to the Bielefeld University. It takes less than ten minutes from the Hauptbahnhof (central station) to the Universitäts tram station by tram. And the flat is merely three minutes' walk from the Universitäts tram station.
The university libraries are nearby, and also there are two supermarkets within ten minutes walk distance. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and snack bars in the university are easily very reachable. I will inform you nice cafes and restaurants in the city center when you decide to stay.
The flat is shared by two persons. Each has his or her own room. Only the kitchen and the bathroom are shared. Most of the time, they are unused.
The current flatmate is a female student. She has a good command of both German and English.
She's very clean. Each flatmate is expected to clean the shared spaces every other week and that's it.
It's a temporary offer. The room will be vacant from the early February to the early March. I don't expect your period of stay will perfectly fit. We can talk about it.
