1 Zimmer ca. 12 qm in einer 3er WG im 3.O.G.,die Wohnung ist 84 qm groß und gepflegt, Gemeinschaftsküche und -Bad (WC und Bad räumlich getrennt) Wohnküche mit EBK und Esstisch, Fahrradkeller, Waschhaus mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner gegen Gebühr.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert alles da wie Hotel auch in der Küche. Handtücher, Föhn, Bettwäsche, Geschirrspüler etc. Gern an Auslandsstudenten. Einfach melden.
Es handelt sich um eine Warmmiete von 265 Euro. Konnte ich nicht anders angeben. Strom, Wasser, Heizung etc. ist alles drin enthalten. Internet und Waschmaschine müsste selber bezahlt werden. Kostengünstiges Waschhaus für die Mieter vorhanden.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Uni ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und Ärzte in direkter Nähe. Gutes Wohnumfeld im Bielefeld Westen. Zweck WG.
Zweck-WG. Gern auch an Auslandstudenten.
