ich suche zum 1.7. eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein ca. 20qm großes Zimmer in der Wittekindstr/Stapenhorststr. (die Wohnung liegt aber an der Wittekindstr. und ist somit recht ruhig).
Von der Wohnung sind es nicht mal 10 Minuten zum Oetkerpark und ca. 3 Minuten zum Siegdriedplatz (von wo aus auch direkt die Bahn zur Uni fährt). Es sind eigentlich zwei kleine, sehr gemütliche, Zimmer aneinander, mit Balkon und Morgensonne. Das große Wohnzimmer und die Küche (welche im Wohnzimmer ist) haben Abendsonne. Das Haus ist ein Studentenwohnheim, von daher ist es erforderlich eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorzulegen. Es kostet ca. 240 Euro mit allem drum und dran (Internet, Telefon-Flat,...). Und du hättest eine wunderbare, sehr umgängliche Mitbewohnerin (28).
