Hallo,
wir suchen ab sofort einen neuen Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin. Dein Zimmer ist 12qm groß, es gibt eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche und obendrein Strom, Wasser und alles was dazu gehört für lau --> wohnen zum Flatrate-Tarif quasi. Ganz zu schweigen von der Dachterrasse, die für alle Hausbewohner zur Verfügung steht. Und das zum Spottpreis von 163 Euro. Hui.
Wir sind eine nette 5er WG, alles Studenten. Wir sitzen gerne zusammen, trotzdem hat hier jeder seinen Freiraum. Du solltest nicht zu laut und nicht zu leise, nicht zu sauber und nicht zu dreckig, aber auf jedenfall offen und gesellig sein. WG-tauglich eben. Außerdem Student, da Studentenwohnheim.
Du kannst sofort einziehen, also schnell melden! Per Mail würde mir besser passen, ich antworte auch sicher schnell. Aber wenn's zu kompliziert ist, dann ruf eben durch.
