Hallo, ich gebe mein Zimmer zu mieten. Ab 1.Mai für unbefristet. Mein Zimmer liegt in 04.Etage es ist 12m. Und eine Studentenwohnheim. Wir sind alle insgesamt 10 Personen, unsere Etage ist sehr ruhig und relax.
Die Studentenwohnheim ligt auf der Markstr circa 3 Minute zu Fuẞ kann man U 35 und die Bushaltestelle erreichen. Zur Uni zu Fuß 10 Minuten, zur Stadt 8 Minuten mit U Bahn. In Der Nähe gibt es Sparkasse, Aldi, Pizza und Dönerplatz, Tankstelle, Apotheke alles erreichbar in einer Minute zur Fuß. Es gibt Parkplatz für Autos und Fahhräder.
Wir sind insgesamt 10 Studenten( 5 Männer und fünf Frauen). Alle sind Internationalen Studenten ( auch dabei Sprachschule Studenten) in Stundentwohhheim spricht man beiden Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch.
Zur Note: Die WC, Badezimmer und Küche sind gemeinsam. ( Küche ist für alle).
Es gibt zwei Duschen und zwei WC.
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert, dazu gehört, Bett, schreibtisch, alles was man braucht.
