Schönes 20qm² Zimmer in Top Lage 4er WG

Die Straße ist ein Seitenarm der Herner Straße. Zur linken Seite des Hauses sind der Tippelsberg 15 Gehminuten und die Grummer Teiche 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Hier lässt es sich super schön joggen.
Zur rechten Seite des Hauses findet sich in 3 Gehminuten die U35-Haltestelle "Zeche Constantin", sowie die Herner Straße, die um die Ecke die Anschlüsse an A40 und A43 bereithält. 5 Gehminuten vom Haus finden sich Markant- und Aral-Tankstelle, was für Late Night-Snacker interessant ist, weil der Rewe to go in der Aral-Tankstelle 24/7 geöffnet hat.
10-15 Gehminuten sind ein Lidl und ein Kaufland entfernt. Bis in die Innenstadt braucht es mit dem Rad 15 Minuten bzw. mit der U-Bahn 8 Minuten. Bis zur Ruhr-Uni 15 Minuten.

The street is a side arm of the Herner Straße. To the left of the house, the Tippelsberg is a 15-minute walk away and the Grummer Teiche are a 5-minute walk away. This is a great place for jogging.
To the right of the house, the U35 stop "Zeche Constantin" is a 3-minute walk away, as is Herner Straße, which provides connections to the A40 and A43 motorways around the corner. Markant and Aral petrol stations are a 5-minute walk from the house, which is interesting for late-night snackers because the Rewe to go in the Aral petrol station is open 24/7.
A Lidl and a Kaufland are a 10-15 minute walk away. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city centre by bike or 8 minutes by underground. The Ruhr University is 15 minutes away.

Hey, wir suchen ausschließlich Menschen die sich im Englischen wohl und sicher fühlen. Zeigt uns doch das ihr unsere Anzeige gelesen habt und schreibt uns etwas über euch auf Englisch. Wir suchen keine Zweck-WG! Bitte lest auch ausgibieg den Englischen Abschnitt. Die Beschreibungen über uns und das WG Leben zu lesen, setzen wir voraus. Schreibt daher einfach mal "Hogwarts" in eure Nachricht um zu zeigen, dass ihr wirklich alles gelesen habt. Danke. Das große blaue Haus wird überwiegend von "jungen" Menschen bewohnt. Die einzelnen WGs sind je nach Konstellation untereinander connected und oft trifft man jemanden im Garten an. Der Garten ist teilweise bepflanzt und wird von den Bewohnenden des Hauses gepflegt. Im Hof wird im Sommer zusammen Tischtennis oder Frisbee gespielt, gern mal gegrillt oder Feuer gemacht. Es gibt einen großen Fahrradschuppen mit Gartengeräten und Platz für Feuerholz und anderen Kram.
In der WG selber wohnen aktuell:

Jay: Hi, my name's Jay, 27 yrs and a student at the RUB. I'm part-time worker and a full time gamer. I also like drawing, reading and eating. Huge Fan of Animes and Nerd-Stuff alike.

Jialei (english only): I am starting my master of philosophy at RUB. I'm curious about a lot of phenomenon in the world, so I'm happy to talk to people and exchange ideas. I've been exploring hobbies, currently doing quite some sports, and want to add some instrument/handcrafting skills in the future. Always up for trying out new stuff if you're passionate about things that you'd like to share your love with. And very foodie, both cooking and eating out a lot :)

Hannah: Ich bin neu in der WG. Ich studiere an der RUB. Ich interessiere mich für Musik, Filme, Bücher und spiele gerne Brettspiele und Pen&Paper. Außerdem mache ich gerne Sport.

Das WG-Leben wird sich also neu gestalten lassen. Aktuell betreiben wir noch Kühlschrankkommunismus, das würden wir sehr gerne so beibehalten. Ein Fach für persönliche Schätze gibt es aber auch.
Das Zusammenleben funktioniert sehr smooth. Alles lässt sich bereden, jede*r hat seine*ihre Bedürfnisse, wir genießen aber auch gemeinsamme Ausflüge. Einen Putzplan haben wir dann doch irgendwann eingeführt und das soll auch weiter funktionieren.

The large blue house is primarily inhabited by "young" people. The individual shared apartments (WG) are connected depending on the configuration, and you often encounter someone in the garden. The garden is partially planted and maintained by the house's residents. In the courtyard, we play table tennis or frisbee together in the summer, enjoy grilling, or make fires. There is a large bike shed with gardening tools and space for firewood and other things.

Currently, in the shared apartment, we have:

Hannah: I`m new in the flat. I`m a student at RUB. I enjoy music, movies, books and like to play boardgames as well as pen&paper. Additionally, I like to exercise.

Currently, we practice a form of communal fridge sharing, which we would like to continue. However, there is also a shelf for personal treasures. Living together runs very smoothly. Everything can be discussed, everyone has their needs, but we also enjoy outings together. We eventually introduced a cleaning schedule, which we intend to keep up.
