Dein Zimmer liegt abgetrennt von den anderen, hinter dem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was zusätzlich Privatsphäre schafft. Ein Kellerraum zum Lagern ist vorhanden.

The room for rent impresses with its spaciousness and quiet location to the courtyard of the house.
On a whole 21sqm you can settle in and feel comfortable. The bed, as well as the large wardrobe/file cabinet and a desk (not the one visible in the photos) can be taken over.
Your room is separated from the others, behind the common room, which creates additional privacy. A basement room for storage is available.
Dank der zentralen Lage erreichst du den Hauptbahnhof und den grünen, belebten Stadtpark innerhalb 10min fußläufig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV ab 5 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis direkt vor dem Haus zu parken.
Ein Fahrradstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Auch die Innenstadt sowie einladende Restaurants und Bars sind gleich um die Ecke.
Da das Haus an einer Einbahnstraße liegt und das Zimmer zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, ist es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.

Du darfst mit der neue und freundlichen Mitbewohnerin, Julia, ganz frei das WG-Leben gestalten. Sie promoviert gerade an der Ruhr-Uni Bochum und bouldert gerne. Sina (Hauptmieterin, Mitbewohnerin) wird lediglich im September vor Ort sein, allerdings ab dem 31.10.23 sich in ein Sabbatjahr begeben und in anderen Ländern herumschlendern.
Demnach gibt es 2 Optionen die Wohnung/das Zimmer zu mieten:
Option 1: unbefristet ab 01.08.23 mit der Wohnungsübernahme ab 01.11.23. Hier könntest du also zum/zur Hauptmieter*in werden.
Option: 2 als Zwischenmiete, befristet vom 01.08 - 31.10.23.

You are free to live with your new and friendly roommate, Julia. She is currently doing her PhD at the Ruhr-Uni Bochum and likes bouldering. Sina (main tenant, roommate) will only be on site in September, but will go on sabbatical from 31.10.23 and wander around in other countries.
Accordingly, there are 2 options to rent the apartment/room:
Option 1: indefinite from 01.08.23 with the apartment takeover from 01.11.23. So here you could become the main tenant.
Option 2: as an interim tenancy, limited from 01.08 - 31.10.23.
