Wir wohnen im ersten Stock eines schönen freistehenden Altbauhauses. Neben den vier etwa gleichgroßen Zimmern nennen wir eine große Wohnküche und zwei Bäder unser eigen.
Darüber hinaus gibt es hier große Kellerräume zum Wäsche waschen und Lagern und einen kleinen Garten mit Pflaumen- und Apfelbäumen, über deren Sonnigkeit wir uns immer wieder freuen! Kurzum, es ist traumhaft hier:-)
Unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Wiebke wird bis einschließlich Juni 2024 für ein Erasmus-Studienaufenthalt im Ausland sein. Darum suchen wir für ein Jahr eine*n Zwischenmieter*in.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und ist ca. 16qm groß. Der Boden besteht aus Holzdielen.
Im Mietpreis (330 Euro) ist alles enthalten (Warmmiete, Internet etc.). Wer möchte, kann sich außerdem gern an unserem Taz-Zeitungsabo beteiligen.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.09. frei, das Einzugsdatum ist aber noch variabel/verhandelbar :)

We live on the second floor of a beautiful old building. In addition to the four rooms of about the same size, we call a large kitchen and two bathrooms our own.
Furthermore, there are large basement rooms for laundry and storage and a small and sunny garden. Its a dream :-)
Our dear roommate Wiebke will be abroad for an Erasmus study until the end of June 2024. Therefore we are looking for an interim tenant for one year.
The room will be rented furnished and is about 16sqm. The room has hardwood floors.
The rent (330 Euro) includes everything (rent and additional costs). If you want, you can also join our Taz newspaper subscription.
The room is available from 01.09., but the move-in date is still variable/negotiable :)

Linden ist mit der Straßenbahn (fährt tagsüber alle 5-10 Minuten) ca. 20 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zur RUB fährt man mit Straßen- und U-Bahn ca. 45 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 25 Minuten.
Gleichzeitig ist man hier in jeder Richtung schnell im Grünen - an der Ruhr oder auf dem Springorumradweg.
Außerdem gibt es hier in 5 Minuten Entfernung aber auch alles, was man im Alltag so braucht - Supermärkte, Drogerie, Schreibwarenladen, Stadtteilbücherei, Büdchen, Bäckereien und andere Essensgelegenheiten sind alle ausreichend vorhanden.

From our flat you will need around 20 minutes by tram (that goes every 5-10 minutes) to reach the main station. Other facilities like supermarkets or pharmacies are in 5 minute walking distance. Moreover our area is very green so you will find a lot of parks for leisure time activities in walking distance.
Wir sind eine ganz wunderbare, entspannte 4er-WG, in der sich alle mit verschiedensten Dingen und dann wieder auch gerne viel zusammen beschäftigen. Zusammen kochen, Spiele spielen, zu Konzerten oder ins Theater gehen, hochwertige Film- und Fernsehunterhaltung oder Handarbeitstipps und -tricks austauschen - all so etwas kommt immer wieder gerne vor. Genauso wie sich immer wieder in der Küche zu treffen und zwei Stunden da zu bleiben, obwohl man doch eigentlich nur zehn Minuten Zeit hatte.

Paulena, Doktorandin in Gender Studies und leidenschaftliche Geschenkebastlerin.
Johannes ist Musiker und tingelt als Geigenlehrer duch Pott und Sauerland.
