Hallo, ich (Hendrik, 26, studiere Bio an der RUB) suche zum 1. Oktober eine*n Mitbewohner*in für meine 2er-WG.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m2 groß und sehr hell, die Wohnung wurde 2018 komplett renoviert. Es gibt eine eigene Waschmaschine im Bad, eine Spülmaschine und im Haus auch einen Fahrradkeller. Die Küche bietet genug Platz um sich kulinarisch auszutoben und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Das Bad ist etwas kleiner, aber modern.
Im Mietpreis sind die Heizkosten enthalten, dazu kommen noch Strom und Internet.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrparteienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni. Bis zur Bib sind es ca. 15 Minuten, bis zur Haltestelle Lennershof ca. 7 Minuten. Einkaufen kann man bequem fußläufig im Unicenter. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Nextbike-Stationen.
In der WG wohnen ich (Hendrik) und Eike, der jetzt nach 5 Jahren aus beruflichen Gründen auszieht.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere an der RUB Biologie. Das WG-Leben ist mit mir eher ruhig und entspannt. Größere Partys veranstalte ich eher nicht, ein Bier mit Freunden oder ein Spieleabend sind aber natürlich auch gelegentlich drin.
Ich würde mich über entspannte, offene Leute freuen, die auch gerne mal was gemeinsam unternehmen wollen.
