Die Villa mit drei Stockwerken, Terrasse und Dachterasse steht allen Mietern zur Verfügung. Dieses Zimmer ist im Parterre und hat ein Glasbaustein-Fenster, das zu öffnen ist.
Das Haus ist fast ganz freistehend mit einfacher Begrünung. Das Zimmer liegt im Parterre und ist mit einem Bett, das auch als Sofa genutzt werden kann, einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Spiegel ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat einen großen Vorraum, in dem weitere Schränke, Sofa oder ähnliches vom Mieter aufgestellt und genutzt werden dürfen. Nebenan gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die mit genutzt werden kann. Eine Etage höher gibt es eine Toilette mit Waschmöglichkeit und eine weitere Etage höher liegt das Luxus-Bad mit Jakuzee, etwas weiter den Flur hinunter das zweite Bad. Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es drei weitere Zimmer mit WG-Mitbewohner*innen. Die Luxus-Küche und ein Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss sind über die Treppe unmittelbar zu erreichen. Highlight ist die luxuriöse Gemeinschaftsküche mit Terrasse.

The villa with three floors, terrace and roof terrace is available to all tenants, it is still mostly empty, but more residents can come later. This room is on the ground floor and only has glass blocks that open to allow fresh air in, but there are no real windows.
The house is almost entirely detached with simple greenery. The room is on the ground floor and is furnished with a bed that can also be used as a sofa, a wardrobe, a desk and a mirror. Next door there is a washing machine that can be used. One floor up there is a toilet with washing facilities and another floor up is the luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi, a little further down the hall is the second bathroom. On the upper floor there are three more rooms with shared flatmates. The luxury kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor can be reached directly via the stairs. The highlight is the luxurious kitchen with the terrace.

Direkt neben einem Supermarkt mit ausländischen Spezialitäten, Friseur und Bushaltestelle. Mit Bus in 5 Minuten bis zur Uni, mit der 5 Minuten entfernt gelegenen U-Bahn in 2 Minuten.
Es handelt sich um eine neue WG in der vorwiegend Studentinnen und Studenten wohnen. WG-Treffpunkte sind die Luxusküche mit der Terrasse davor sowie der Waschkeller.
Grundsätzlich gilt: Jede*r kann soviel Privatsphäre oder soviel Gemeinschaftsleben haben wie er*sie möchte. Die WG bietet gute Gelegenheiten, füreinander einzukaufen und zu kochen sowie auch einmal Mitbewohner auf ein abendliches Glas Wein vor dem Kaminfeuer einzuladen, oder eine Party auf der Terrasse oder dem Balkon zu organisieren.
Für die Gemeinschaftsflächen gilt: Jeder sollte ein bisschen mehr sauber machen als er/sie selbst schmutzig macht. Mülltrennung wird hier sehr beachtet und der Müll sollte etwas zusammengedrückt werden, damit die Mülltonnen nicht überquellen.
