Hallo,
ich und mein Mitbewohner Michael suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG, weil ich aus beruflichen Gründen umziehen muss. Auf dich wartet ein gemütliches Zimmer in einem schönen Mehrfamilienhaus.
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt 78m² und ist sehr gut geschnitten. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Bad sind angenehm groß. Die Zimmer haben 11m², 18m² und 27m². Im Zimmer selbst ist eine vollständige Einrichtung.
Das angebotene Zimmer hat 18 m², und ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Bücherregal und einem Schreibtisch und Bett teilmöbliert (erhaltbar für einen kleinen Preis). Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 360€, inkl. aller zusätzlichen Kosten (auch GEZ, Internet, u.a.). Ein drittes Zimmer mit einem Bett für Gäste steht auch zur Verfügung.
Keller und Fahrradkeller sind auch vorhanden.

me and Michael are looking for a new flatmate since I will move out (new job).
Here you will have a nice big room in an apartment house.
Our flat has a surface of 78m², which is well organised: a big Kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bath and a washing machine. Ther rooms are respectively 11m², 18m² und 27m². The smallest one can be used as guest room or home office location. The balcony can be shaered and smoking is only there allowed.
Your room is 18 m², furnished with a wardrobe, mirror, bed, enough cupboards and a desk (you can have them for a small price).
The price is 360€ and inclusive of all costs( also GEZ, Internet, etc.).
Die Wohnung ist in Querenburg und sehr nah an der Universität, ein Multikulturelles Viertel in ruhiger Lage. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der U35 Haltestelle Hustadt und von da aus in 2 Minuten an der Universität und in 12 Minuten am Bochum Hauptbahnhof, bzw. im Herzen von Bochum.
Umminger See und Kemnader See sind zu Füß von hier erreichbar.

The flat is situated in Querenburg, a quite and multicultural quarter in the southern part of Bochum.
It takes only 5 minutes to reach the closest Bus stop and Hustadt Station for the line U35.
In 2 minutes by subway you can reach the University and in 12 minutes the main station in Bochum.
If you like to enjoy your free time in the nature, Umminger lake and Kemnader lake are close.
Das Zusammenwohnen ist unkompliziert und easy.
Wenn du Lust auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben mit Mitbewohnern hast, die schon älter sind und auf eigenen Füßen stehen, aber die Freuden des Studentendaseins pflegen bist du hier richtig.
Außerdem wurden die meisten Räume der Wohnung Anfang März 2019 renoviert. Darunter auch das angebotene Zimmer, Küche und Bad.
